I had a wonderful time as an invited speaker at this year’s Architecture & Design Educators Forum in Saudi Arabia, organized by the Architecture and Design Commission in the Ministry of Culture. The two day event, centered around technology and innovation, was held at the Snohetta-designed King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (nicknamed Ithra) in Dhahran along the Persian Gulf. I delivered a lecture titled, “Design Technologies in the Age of AI.” Additionally, I participated in a panel with 5 other educators, titled: “AI: Navigating Ethics, Policies, and Protocols in A&D Education.”
